Established on October 9th, 2019, as a Sole Trader, under the Business Name (Registration Act, Chapter 90:05) EVO Business Solutions, is a dynamic Guyanese company that is committed to elevating local and international businesses to the global platform through the alignment of operational activities in compliance with International Standards and through smart partnership in meeting business needs.
This philosophy was cemented with the company’s strategic decision to become incorporated on January 3rd, 2022, as EVO Business Solutions Inc., under the Companies Act of Guyana. More importantly, this was in keeping with the regulation of the Local Content Act 2021 – No. 18 of 2021. As an incorporated establishment, EVO Business Solutions Inc., have strategically, enhanced its services to better serves its clients to include an extensive portfolio of strategic business support services to boost their competitiveness within the domestic and international market.
At EVO Business Solutions Inc., it is our strategic vision to become the leading business support provider for Clients within the domestic and international markets seeking to enhance their competitiveness and business performance through smart partnership.
In achieving this vision, it is our commitment to:
Providing our clients with professional, innovative, and consistent strategic business support services including Management Systems Consultation, Training, Auditing, Procurement & Delivery, Janitorial, Facility Maintenance, Construction (Civil Work), and other Business services through the utilization of suitable resources.
Ensuring the provision of a Safe, Occupational Hazard-Free, and Healthy Work Environment to eliminate OH&S Risks and Non-conforming Outputs via the execution of Safety Inspections, Mock Drills, Hazard Identification and Assessment, Emergency Response, and Training & Development
Protecting and preserving the environment and community, including the prevention of pollution and other specific commitment(s) relevant to our operations that reduce the environmental aspects of our operations activities in demonstrating sustainability through energy consumption, paper reduction, digitization of activities, and water conservation to reduce climate change.
Ensuring that our IMS Objectives are established and implemented at all functions as per this Policy.
Building and sustaining an environment that ensures the Engagement and Participation of our Employees and Stakeholders in the IMS where applicable via Meetings, Training, and Participation.
Continually improving our IMS to enhance the quality of our Services and Products, our OH&S, QMS, and EMS Performance via Inspections, Audits, and Management Reviews
Complying with all applicable Legal and Regulatory requirements relating to our Operations and the OH&S, QMS, and EMS standards including the Motor Vehicle and Road Traffic (AMENDMENT) Act 2020, Occupational Safety & Health Act 99:06, Fire Prevention (AMENDMENT) Act 2009, Consumer Affairs Act 2011, and Environmental Protection Act 1996
It is our commitment to ensure this Policy is reviewed every Three Years (3) and Communicated to our Internal and External Stakeholders viz our Customers, Our Employees, Our Contractors, and Our Suppliers of EVO Business Solutions Inc.
